Banquet
At 5:30 pm, we will perform a traditional Chinese wedding tea ceremony.
Around 6:00 pm, the dinner will start. The dinner menu is:
- Suckling pig combination platter
帝國乳豬大拼盤 - Honey walnut prawns
香蜜合桃明蝦球 - Stir-fried scallops with steak and greens
彩紅帶子炒牛柳 - Bird’s nest soup with fish maw
魚肚蛋白燕窩羹 - Braised whole abalone with shiitake mushrooms and pea sprouts
鮑魚北菇扒豆苗(10隻) - Roast whole chicken
明火脆皮燒雞(1隻) - Steamed dual lobster with ginger and green onion
上湯焗生猛龍蝦 - Steamed fresh fish
清蒸游水海上鮮 - Braised crab meat and assorted mushrooms with E-fu noodles
珍菌蟹肉乾燒伊麵 - Dessert of the day

We don’t have a gift registry. A customary gift for Chinese weddings is money inside of a red envelope.
